The process
From scope to QA validated delivery
Four steps, in this order, because the sequence is what protects you: nothing is built before the scope is agreed, and nothing reaches you before it is checked.
Scope the need
You describe the outcome you need, or CoreGrand identifies and bids on a relevant opportunity on your behalf. If the requirement is unclear, we run a short discovery before quoting, it is cheaper to define the work than to rebuild it.
Agree the Statement of Work
Deliverables, milestones, timelines, and KPIs are defined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work before any work begins. Pricing is tied to the agreed value of the work, not to hours logged.
Deploy the experts
Vetted independent professionals are allocated from CoreGrand's approved network, matched to the scope and standard required. Delivery can be remote, on site, or hybrid.
QA validate and deliver
An independent auditor, separate from the delivery team, reviews every deliverable before it reaches you. What you receive is verified, validated, and ready to use.
