Terms of service

The terms that apply to use of this website and to CoreGrand memberships.

Last updated October 5, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the CoreGrand Group Inc. website and membership services. Individual engagements are governed separately by a formal agreement or Statement of Work, which takes precedence over these terms for the work it covers.

2. Our role

CoreGrand Group Inc. operates as a managed services delivery company and coordination platform. We do not maintain physical inventory. Service delivery is performed by verified independent contractors operating within our governance framework. Where CoreGrand acts as prime contractor under a Statement of Work, we carry accountability for the agreed deliverables.

3. Independent contractor status

All professionals in the network are independent contractors. They are not employees of CoreGrand Group Inc., and engaging them through CoreGrand does not create an employment relationship between you and them. They operate their own businesses and carry their own liability and errors and omissions insurance.

4. Membership terms

  • Membership provides access to CoreGrand's network but does not guarantee provider availability.
  • Membership fees are non refundable once activated, except where required by law.
  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current active period.
  • Members retain full access to benefits until the end of the paid subscription period.
  • Membership benefits are non transferable.
  • Renewal reminders are issued prior to billing cycles.
  • Members must comply with platform usage policies and maintain respectful engagement.

5. Additional terms for service providers

  • Core Legend members operate as independent contractors and are not employees of CoreGrand Group Inc.
  • Members must maintain professionalism, honesty, and high service standards at all times.
  • CoreGrand reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in cases of misconduct or repeated client complaints.
  • Provider membership is annual, non transferable, and renews automatically unless cancelled.
  • CoreGrand applies a service commission on completed jobs obtained through the platform. The commission structure and payment procedures are defined in the official Service Provider Agreement.

6. Service outcomes

Independent providers are responsible for the professional services they perform. Where an engagement is contracted through CoreGrand under a Statement of Work, CoreGrand's accountability is as set out in that document. Outside such an engagement, CoreGrand is not responsible for service outcomes delivered by independent providers.

7. CoreGrand Essentials (household services)

CoreGrand Essentials connects households with vetted independent providers of essential home services. It is free for households. CoreGrand is a connector and coordinator, not the provider of the service. The work is carried out by the independent provider you are matched with.

  • You deal with and pay the provider directly for the work. CoreGrand does not take payment from households for the service and does not hold funds for the work.
  • We verify providers to a reasonable standard, which may include licence, insurance and references. Verification is carried out in good faith and is not a guarantee of the quality, safety, or outcome of any work. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself before work begins.
  • A service shown as coming soon is not yet available in your area. When you register interest, we may contact you once a vetted provider is ready.
  • Providers pay CoreGrand a fee for qualified or booked work obtained through the platform. The fee structure and payment terms are set out in the Service Provider Agreement.
  • CoreGrand may decline, pause, or remove a provider, and may decline a request, at its discretion.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or harass other users or providers.

10. Intellectual property

Ownership of work product is defined in the applicable Statement of Work. Website content, branding, and marks are the property of CoreGrand Group Inc.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
